Privacy Policy
Last updated: February 2026
Short version
UtilDaily does not collect, store, or transmit any data you enter into its tools. All processing happens in your browser. We do not sell data. The only third-party processors are Cloudflare (hosting), Google Tag Manager, and Google AdSense (ads).
This policy applies to utildaily.com, operated by UtilDaily — a collection of free, browser-based tools built for developers and everyday users, based in Thailand. Learn more on our About page. Privacy is a core design principle, not an afterthought.
Data Processing
All tools on UtilDaily process your input entirely in your browser using standard JavaScript and Web APIs — including the FileReader API for file handling, the Web Crypto API for encoding and hashing, and the Canvas API for image manipulation. Your text, files, or data are never transmitted to any server, database, or third party. The moment you close the browser tab, any data you entered is gone.
This is possible because UtilDaily is built as a fully static site — there is no application server, no database, and no backend that could receive your data even if we wanted to.
Verify it yourself
Open your browser's DevTools (F12), go to the Network tab, and use any tool. You will see no outbound requests carrying your input — because none are made.
Cookies and Tracking
UtilDaily does not set any first-party tracking cookies, use analytics services, or apply fingerprinting techniques that identify individual users. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar tracking scripts.
We use Google Tag Manager to load and manage third-party scripts such as Google AdSense. Google Tag Manager itself does not collect personal data, but the scripts it loads (AdSense) may set third-party cookies as described in the Advertising section below.
To manage or withdraw your cookie consent, visit Google's Ad Settings or clear site data via your browser settings (usually under Settings → Privacy → Site data).
Advertising
All tools on UtilDaily are free to use. To keep them free without charging users or selling data, UtilDaily displays advertising served by Google AdSense. AdSense may set its own third-party cookies to show contextual and personalized ads based on your browsing activity. Visitors in the European Economic Area will be asked for consent before any AdSense cookies are set. These cookies are governed by Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of personalized ads at any time via Google's Ad Settings.
LocalStorage
Some tools may save your preferences (such as theme or last-used settings) in your browser's localStorage. This data stays on your device and is never transmitted anywhere. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings (usually under “Site data” or “Storage”).
Third-Party Services
UtilDaily uses the following third-party services. Each is governed by its own privacy policy, linked below.
| Service | Purpose | Privacy Policy |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare Pages | Hosting & CDN — processes standard HTTP request data (IP addresses, user-agent strings) to serve pages and provide DDoS protection | cloudflare.com |
| Google Tag Manager | Tag management — loads and manages third-party scripts (such as AdSense) | policies.google.com |
| Google AdSense | Advertising — may set third-party cookies to show relevant ads (EEA visitors are asked for consent first) | policies.google.com |
Children's Privacy
UtilDaily does not knowingly collect any personal data from children under the age of 13 (under COPPA) or under 16 in EEA member states where that higher age applies (under GDPR Art. 8). If you believe a child below the applicable age threshold has submitted personal information through this site, please contact us at hi@utildaily.com so we can address it promptly.
Your Privacy Rights
If you are in the European Economic Area (GDPR) or California (CCPA/CPRA), you have rights regarding your personal data — including the right to access, correct, or delete it. Because UtilDaily does not collect personal data from tool usage, there is nothing stored on our end to access or delete. Your tool input never leaves your browser.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for monetary consideration. This applies to all users, including California residents under CCPA/CPRA.
