Frequently Asked Questions
Are the calculation results accurate?
Yes. All calculators use JavaScript's IEEE 754 double-precision floating-point arithmetic, which provides 15-17 significant decimal digits of precision. This is more than sufficient for everyday calculations like percentages, unit conversions, and BMI. For currency calculations, results are rounded to 2 decimal places to match standard financial display conventions.
Can I use these calculators on my phone?
Yes. All calculator tools are responsive and work on any device with a modern browser — smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktops. The interfaces adapt to smaller screens automatically. No app installation is required.
Is my calculation data stored anywhere?
No. All calculations are performed locally in your browser using JavaScript. No inputs, outputs, or intermediate values are ever sent to a server or stored in a database. When you close the browser tab, all data is gone. You can verify this by checking the Network tab in your browser's DevTools.
